How will the proposal images be produced ? Combination of photographic/video and demonstration of augmented reality

Other considerations
During discussion in class I brought up the hypathetical of creating an AR artwork in the cafeteria of the university and the legistics/legalities of doing that within the university framework.
Normally an artwork would need the approval of the university to be displayed. The question is, does an artwork that is intangeble, but visible through AR, need university approval. As it is on university grounds. A OH&S risk could exist as spectators of the artwork may, through not paying attention to others while viewing the work, cause harm to others.
If no approval is required, why not change the venue from the Swell festival, to GOMA. And why not have "invisible" exhibitions. After all there are already 'silent raves'.

Initial research into artists that have used augmented reality
These are interesting articles as they also show visual examples of how to explain augmented reality applications using traditional 2d medium of photographs and video. Above: This is an interesting look at what can be done with augmented reality using the Metaio software platform by artist Josue Abraham
The following article is particularly interesting as it is actually a proposal to conduct reasearch into AR

eyebord software link - the use of this software during the presentation might be an interesting way to make the presentation interesting
